Who sells
SFP Supply is the South Florida Plumbing store. South Florida Plumbing is a trading name (DBA) of EAH Plumbing, LLC, which is the seller for SFP Supply. Office: 299 Airport Rd N, Naples, FL 34104, (239) 643-2431, jason@southflorida-plumbing.com.
The store is in test mode
Online checkout, when it is switched on, runs in Stripe's test mode: the store shows a "Test mode — no real charges" banner, the prices are test prices, only Stripe's test cards work, no money moves and nothing is shipped or delivered from a test order. When checkout is not switched on, the store says so and you can send your cart to the office as a quote request instead.
Going live with real prices and real payments is a separate step. These terms will be updated before the store takes real money.
Ordering by quote
You can always send your cart as a quote request. It goes to the office with a reference number; the office contacts you with a price and availability. A quote request is not an order and nothing is charged.
Paying
Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page. You never type card details into this website. Stripe asks for your billing address and phone number, and processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. South Florida Plumbing receives the order details and whether it was paid, not your card number.
Paying over time (financing)
On orders of $50.00 or more (the store's own minimum for financing), Stripe's checkout may offer pay-over-time options (Affirm or Klarna). If you choose one, the financing company decides whether to approve you and sets your repayment terms; South Florida Plumbing is paid in full at once. A financing charge, a percentage set by South Florida Plumbing, is added as its own line for customers who choose financing, and checkout shows the amount before you pay. In test mode no real loan is made and nothing is charged.
