What this website is
This website describes South Florida Plumbing's work and lets you send the office a request. It is information, not an offer: nothing on it is a quote, a price, a booking or a promise of coverage, availability or response time. The cost guide shows national estimates from other sources, not SFP prices. Gallery photos are of South Florida Plumbing's own trucks and work.
It is not an emergency channel. If there is immediate danger, call 911. For anything urgent, call the office at (239) 643-2431.
Requests you send
Sending a form gives the office your request and a reference number. It does not create a contract, schedule an appointment, dispatch anyone or set a price. Work is agreed only when the office confirms it with you, and paid work is covered by the written quote, invoice or agreement for that job.
Please give true details about yourself and the property. Do not send card or bank details, passwords or alarm codes through any form. How we handle what you send is in the privacy notice.
License reference
Florida plumbing license CFC041717 was listed for South Florida Plumbing in Lee County's plumbing contractor list dated January 29, 2026 (PDF). Please confirm current license status with the licensing authority. This website makes no claim about insurance; ask the office for a current certificate before work begins.
Staff and contractor portals
The staff portal and the contractor portal are for people South Florida Plumbing has invited. Do not try to sign in to an account that is not yours, share your sign-in, or get around the limits the portals set.
Using the site fairly
Do not send automated or bulk requests, try to break or probe the site, or upload anything harmful, unlawful or that is not yours to share. The site limits how many requests it accepts and may refuse requests that break these terms.
SFP Supply
The online store at SFP Supply has its own store terms.
Other websites
Links to other websites (for example BBB, cost-guide sources, builders and public agencies) go to sites we do not control. Their own terms and notices apply there.
Liability and governing law
[To be confirmed by South Florida Plumbing: the limitation of liability and disclaimer wording, after review by a Florida attorney]
[To be confirmed by South Florida Plumbing: the governing law and the county where any dispute is heard]
